Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and Develop Surveys – Create and refine questionnaires tailored to specific research goals and client needs.
• Manage Survey Programming and Fielding – Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to ensure accurate programming and timely field execution.
• Analyze Quantitative Data – Interpret survey results using statistical tools and techniques to extract actionable insights.
• Prepare Reports and Presentations – Summarize findings in a clear, visual, and compelling way for internal stakeholders or clients.
• Support Cross-functional Teams – Collaborate with team members across various projects, industries, and geographies for a well-rounded experience.
• Ensure Data Quality – Monitor and validate data throughout the research process to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to Methodological Improvement – Identify and suggest enhancements to research processes, tools, and methodologies..

Requirements:

• Professional Degree
• Experience with quantitative survey research (questionnaire development, programming, fielding, data analysis, and data reporting). Experience with survey platforms a plus
