Ummeed is hiring for the role of Junior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development of robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for new projects, including theories of change/ logical frameworks and key indicators.
• Develop and execute a work plan for data capture and reporting against performance indicators for individual projects and the organization as a whole.
• Assist in monitoring and supervising data collection and the analysis and generation of insights.
• Support team members in designing research forms, surveys, and indicators for the data management system.
• Develop and manage regular data quality assessments, data cleaning, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and fundraising/ donor management teams to collect and provide the necessary impact data for reports, proposals, etc.   

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Statistics / Business Management / Data or Other Sciences with 1 to 2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation / Research or Analytics / relevant fields
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of qualitative research or mixed methods, and statistical software packages is strongly preferred
• Excellent collaboration skills, including ability to work with diverse teams and styles
