GfK is hiring for the role of Junior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Play 1-2 assigned value chain roles.
• Meet the agreed daily/weekly/monthly targets and deadlines.
• Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks for Junior Analyst’s targets.
• Maintain a consistently high level of quality.
• Align all activities with standard global procedures and documents.
• Attend meetings/discussions with country representatives when required.
• Attend training when required.
• Report any known errors or discrepancies to the direct manager.
• Provide support and execute different additional tasks supporting the process.
• Keep strict data confidentiality.
• Manage day-to-day work in alignment with Senior/Principal Analyst and/or Team Coordinator/Manager.
• Actively participate in all trainings organized by the company.
• Inform his/her direct manager for all system disturbances that may have a negative impact on the working process and the achievement of the results.
• Focus his/her work on the improvement of the quality management system.
• Provide regular feedback to his/her manager or the department manager about the ongoing projects.
• Complete the tasks given by his/her manager according to the professional training, knowledge, and experience.
• Complete his/her daily activity in a time-tracking system.
• Perform all other activities related to the direct execution of the working process and the tasks of the team, department, and organization, caused by the specifics of the job or the assigned projects/tasks.
• Translate the articles to the correct items.
• Create new items in the GfK database.
• Perform detailed research on the items and features in the GfK database or different websites.
• Classify all the retailers' data according to GfK classification.
• Ensure high quality on translation and creations.
