Solenis is hiring for the role of Junior Analyst-1 !!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Work with Snowflake to model, query, and manage cloud-based data warehouses.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different data sources and reports.
• Automate data pipelines and scheduled refreshes for BI reports.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and provide solutions.
• Document data definitions, processes, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (CTEs, joins, subqueries, optimization).
• Proficiency in Snowflake: data modeling, warehouse architecture, and query optimization.
• Expertise in building Power BI dashboards and DAX functions.
• Experience in data integration, ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
