Qualifications

• Graduate/Fresher, Liberal Arts background highly preferred.
• Strong communication & Research skills.
• Good listening and typing skills.
• Strong writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Aids in initiatives and activities aimed at attracting new students.
• Examines applications from prospective students and puts them in the right direction for advice on academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.
• Meets with potential students to discuss the university, academic specialties, and prospects for students.
• Ensures that the admissions office's administrative personnel enter application data into the student database.
• Ensures that international applicants fill out the necessary documentation and adhere to them rules.
• Discuss monthly progress reports with the students and their parents over calls and texts.
• Assists in programs and activities to recruit students.
• Reviews prospective students’ applications and direct them to the appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.
• Meets with prospective students and answers questions about the university, areas of study, and opportunities for students.
• Ensures that application information is entered into the student database by admissions office clerical staff.
• Ensures that international applicants complete the required paperwork and meet applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with the students for all their academic needs such as test preparations, and provide data and reading materials for exams such as John Locke Essay competitions.
