Paytm is hiring for the role of Junior Ad Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create, monitor, analyse and optimise ad campaigns on Meta
• Create, monitor, analyse and optimise ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display and Youtube)
• Create, monitor, analyse and optimise ad campaigns on other platforms such as Bing, Twitter, Linkedin, Redditt etc.
• Strategize, execute and analyse various types of ad campaigns to maximise ROI
• Implement a clear framework to measure and report results of A/B tests and multivariate tests across design and target audience
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure impact of paid digital activities and suggest improvements
• Create marketing reports using various tools to clearly report impact of paid activities across various channels

Requirements:

• Have a strong interest in the field of digital advertising, 
• A basic understanding of advertising principles, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
