Junior Accounts Executive Job in Chennai at Spritle Software

Spritle is hiring for the role of Junior Accounts Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally and Zoho Books
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and payments
• Manage and account for petty cash with proper documentation and reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, invoices, and journal entries
• Support the finance team during audits and internal checks
• Maintain up-to-date records of bills, receipts, and bank statements
• Track vendor payments and ensure timely settlements
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Preferred- Experience handling petty cash and basic cash flow reporting
• Preferred- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance is an added advantage
