Abex is hiring for the role of Junior Accounts Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make payments as per approved schedules and financial plans.
• Review and approve invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Post daily or alternate-day sales data to internal dashboards.
• Make accounting entries (journal, ledger, etc.) as instructed.
• Send ledgers and compliance-related documents to the operations team.
• Deposit or withdraw cheques from the bank as per instructions.
• Provide required documents and financial data to the Finance Head as needed.
• Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel efficiently.
• Follow instructions precisely and maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with or under an auditor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
• Experience Level: 1–3 Years
