Inextrix Technologies is hiring for the role of Jr. Technical Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Efficiently identify problem root causes through targeted questioning.
• Track and resolve system issues within specified time limits.
• Provide clear and concise technical guidance to clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Utilize internal and external resources to provide accurate solutions.
• Log and track all issues.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure system functionality.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Hands-on Linux experience
• Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide clear and concise technical explanations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• (Preferred) Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certifications
