TATA Communications is hiring for the role of Jr Team Member - IT Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support, trouble shooting, and system backup & ensure adherence to company IT policies.
- Responsible for handling and maintaining all IT infrastructure and support systems.
- Handle queries, escalations, and issues on applications from various customers on a day-to-day basis providing regular IT operations support.
- Ensure the issues are promptly addressed, documented, and resolved within SLA.
- Provide first-level support for Network & hardware-related Issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
- Review & action on data Security level issues.
- Maintain Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Minimum experience of 2 years
- Should have experience in remote infrastructure support & IT Service.
- Good troubleshooting skills in Networking, operating systems, and software.
