TATA Communications is hiring for the role of Jr Team Member - IT Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system backup & ensuring adherence to company IT policies.
- S/w installation (includes OS (Desktop, Laptop & Server, and other Basic software)
- Handling and maintaining all IT infrastructure and support systems.
- Handle queries, escalations, and issues on applications from various customers on a day-to-day basis providing regular IT operations support.
- Ensuring the issues are promptly addressed, documented, and resolved within SLA.
- Providing first-level support for Network & hardware-related Issues.
- Maintaining IT asset inventory.
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Antivirus Updating & governance.
- Reviewing & action on data Security level issues.
- Maintaining Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Health Checks for Servers & Network Ports.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Good Analytical, Diagnostic, and Problem-Solving skills
- Dealing with ambiguity and pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
