HotelKey is hiring for the role of Jr. Product Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze cloud computing systems to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor cloud usage and provide regular reports on system performance, resource utilization
• Ensure smooth & timely delivery of the production task
• Responsible for automating stuff that is running manually
• Need to work on the interface issues & provide permanent resolutions to fix those by analyzing the root cause
• Responsible for resolving Incidents within defined SLA & documenting proper RCA
• Need to have an in-depth understanding of SQL queries & need to run those as per project requirements to make necessary changes in the production database
• Need to have a basic understanding of reading & writing code in Python to automate the manual stuff
• Good to have the essentials of AWS, Data Dog & Splunk

Requirements:

• BE (Any Stream), BSc Computer Science/IT, BCA (Science), MCA
• Any candidate with a minimum of 60% throughout and should be strictly from a science background
• Skill Sets: SQL, Basics of Python(Coding), good to have essentials of clouds
• Other Skills: Strong communication(Reading, Listening, and Writing), hardworking, positive attitude to learning new technologies as per the team requirements, and highly flexible and adaptable
