Agilite is hiring for the role of Jr. Financial Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Deliverable ownership: Ensure timely, high-quality, zero-defect analysis of the financial project model and deliver as per the expectation of finance leaders in the project or program.
- Delivery Support: Aid business teams to present program-level financial status & insight to leadership by leveraging the financial model.
- Operational Support: Liaison with cross-teams (HR, Finance, and BU) to gather requirements and align with the organization’s strategy, mission, and vision.
- Program management support: Support finance leadership in managing & executing strategic transformation programs. Provide high-quality administrative and operational support for various project activities.
- Accounting Principles & Financial Analysis
- Software Revenue Recognition
- Cost Accounting and Analysis of Cost Drivers
- Financial Analysis using Excel
- Dashboard reporting of financial ratios of Key KPIs
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Variance against internal Budget Controls
- Trend analysis vs Previous quarters and previous years
- Capital Budgeting and amortization of capitalized costs within defined periods
- Analytical skills
- Business Application Skills/Excel
- Communication Skills (written)
- Self-Organized-Experience in Status reporting, escalation and prioritization
