Syndigo is hiring for the role of Jr. Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to the key stakeholders.
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
• Developing financial models to support strategic decision-making like investment analysis, and scenario planning.
• Working closely with various departments to gather data and insights that contribute to financial analysis and planning.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
• A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA) is an added advantage
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role is a plus
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
