Jr. Engineer – CPP (Fitter) Job in Chandrapur at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly/disassembly of pumps, compressors, valves, pipelines, fans, and other plant equipment.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule and instructions.
• Assist in overhauling activities during shutdowns and planned outages.
• Perform alignment, tightening, and torqueing of mechanical joints as per specifications.
• Monitor equipment conditions and report abnormalities to superiors.
• Ensure availability and correct usage of tools, lifting tackles, and safety equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping in working areas and ensure tools are returned post- maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow work permit system (PTW).
• Support in maintaining inventory and spare parts readiness.
• Responsible for fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment, free from all forms of harassment and discrimination.
• ISO (9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001).
• Customer Focus: Ensure timely support to operations with high-quality mechanical maintenance services.
• Process Effectiveness: Follow standard maintenance practices and reduce equipment downtime.
• OH'S Contribution: Adhere to safety norms, use PPEs, and report unsafe conditions/incidents.
• Environmental Responsibility: Prevent oil/chemical spills, maintain zero leakage conditions, and handle scrap responsibly.
• Energy Performance: Ensure proper sealing and fitting to avoid energy/water/steam losses.
