Jr. Customer Service Executive Job in Chennai at TATA Communications Limited

TATA is hiring for the role of Jr Customer Service Executive (Systems & Service Engineering)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Fiber/Mobile Planning and Design
• Update GIS systems with the As-built documents received
• Update PEGA/SAP Tools with PO and Invoice Details
• Coordinate with On-shore stakeholders and Suppliers to complete the Assigned works on time
• Maintain SLA and FTR 100%
• Maintain Self data and customer data secured and without error
• Be active in Customer and internal meetings

Requirements:

• Technical/ Engineering degree with 0-4 years of experience
• Experience in Fibre/Mobile Network planning&Design
• Expertise on various telecommunication /Wireless Technologies
• Good Knowledge in various products offered by the service provider
• Good Knowledge in Various Msoffice Applications
• Candidate should have good communication skills to have different levels of conversations with the on-shore / off-shore stakeholders
• Knowledge about Radio base station and its components.
• Coordinate with the Field engineer to ensure the actions are aligned with 100% SLA & Quality
