Exela Technologies Is hiring for the role of Jr. Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data (volumes, productivity, SLA adherence, quality, attrition).
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to support daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
• Translate HMPO QA feedback and process rejections into actionable insights for operations.
• Collaborate with Ops, WFM, and QA teams to identify root causes of delivery gaps.
• Support special projects (automation, workflow transitions, cost optimization initiatives).
• Document findings, SOPs, and insights in a structured manner.

Requirements:

• BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent with focus in Business / Analytics / Operations
• Fresher or 0–1 year experience in business analysis / MIS reporting preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel/G-Sheet (pivot, lookup, formulas), PowerPoint/Google Slides and Looker Studio
• Communication and presentation skills
• Adaptability and curiosity to learn complex business processes
