Jio is hiring for the role of Jio Customer Associate - Freelancer JC!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Acquire new customers
- Call Jio Customers and explain to them about Jio`s Recharges
- Assist the customers in completing the Jio Recharge
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure a delightful customer experience
- Respond to all customers in the appropriate tone and language
- Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
- Learn about Jio's plans, products, and services to add value to the offering
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing
- Smartphone usage
- Speak local language
- Sales and customer handling skills
- Ability to learn
- Goal and result-oriented
- Education Requirement: 10th/10 + 2 (Preferred)
