Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Acquire new customers
• Call Jio Customers and explain to them about Jio`s Recharges  
• Assist the customers in completing the Jio Recharge
• Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
• Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
• Ensure a delightful customer experience
  
• Respond to all customers in the appropriate tone and language
  
• Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
  
• Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the offering

Requirements

• 10th/10 + 2 (Preferred)
• Experience Requirement: Fresher
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Basic knowledge of reading and writing
