Jio is hiring for the role of JC Senior Digital Repair Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Partner identification and mentoring
- Install CPE devices
- Drive quality installations
- Address partner queries
- Visit partners for checks
- Conduct group meetings
- Interact with customers
- Troubleshoot device queries
- Record job in CRM portal
- Upgrade device software
- Repair handsets, PCB swap
- Train / support service points
- Adhoc responsibilities as need
Requirements:
Qualification should be 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Certification in Device Care
Expected experience 0 - Maximum 4 Years
