Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of JC Enterprise SD&A Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Oversee deployment of enterprise hardware and services, ensuring timely delivery within SLA.
- Conduct L2 surveys, manage customer resources, and coordinate installation teams.
- Plan and ensure the availability of resources for efficient service delivery.
- Lead smooth implementation, document progress, and report to stakeholders.
- Design and implement data/voice links per requirements.
- Handover services to operations after successful testing.
- Monitor vendor performance and daily/weekly targets.
- Manage inventory details and track field activities.
- Coordinate with deployment and IP teams for service completion.
- Analyze efficiency gaps, provide process support, and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- B.E./B. Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunications is required.
- 6-18 months of relevant work experience is essential.
- A strong understanding of telecom network solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
