Java Spring Boot Developer Internship at Adventsys Technologies Private Limited

You will be working as an associate doing field sales in your region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byju's way of Learning in your city. As a BDA you will be required to assist students and parents in your region that have downloaded the Byju's application using a consultative selling approach. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and can demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Responsibilities:

• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

• Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
