What we ask for:

Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules.

3. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues.

4. Take an active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications.

5. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows.

6. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study plus up to 10years of experience in software development.

2. Should have strong technical background in ReactJS, Redux, CSS Frameworks, NodeJS, JavaScript, JAVA, J2EE or Python, Spring stack

3. Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS(PostgreSQL, Oracle etc…) and NoSQL(Dynamo, MongoDB etc…)

4. Should have good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ etc…

5. Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process

6. Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools,

7. Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure;

8. Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders

9. Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business

10. Should be familiar with Test Driven Development

11. Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process

14. Good communications skills

15. Prior work experience in product engineering/development.

16. Good to have prior experience in the Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech.
