HBC is hiring for the role of Item Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage item set-up and maintenance:
  • Execute Item Set up, including executing any changes, re-classes and re-codes
  • Request new department/MFG
  • Communicate and follow up with vendors/assistant buyers for questions and/or outstanding information
• Execute price and cost changes
• Execute RTVs and store transfers
• Maintain workflow tool
• Update operational trackers for the business area
• Participate in projects/initiatives
• Review styles Online as part of the Ecom audit

Requirements:

• University or college degree or commensurate retail experience
• Preferred 1-2 years of related experience in a merchandise capacity
• Excellent in computer skills including MS Word and Excel & Google Suites
• Sense of urgency flexibility ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn
• Detail oriented
• Good organizational skills
• Retails knowledge/experience
• Excellent communication skills
