TechDefenceLabs is hiring for the role of IT Trainer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures on all major subjects of B.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc-IT programs.
• Teach topics such as Data Structures, Databases, Programming Languages, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Web Development, and Software Engineering.
• Ensure students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to their fields of study.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning needs and stay updated with industry trends.
• Design and develop course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessments.
• Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment to promote student engagement.
• Conduct research in the field of Information Technology and contribute to academic publications.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in Information Technology.
• Encourage and guide students in their research projects related to Information Technology.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing projects,internships,or  research in Information Technology.
• Assist students in developing practical skills and applying theoretical  knowledge to real- world scenarios. 
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members and industry experts to enhance the curriculum and program offerings.
• Establish connections with industry partners to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects. 
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in Information Technology.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to network with professionals and enhance expertise.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (M.Tech/M.Sc/ MCA – with 6 Months to 1 Year experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in the field of Information Technology.
• Previous teaching experience at the tertiary level is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Information Technology principles, practices, and technologies.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in the field.
• Proficient in the use of relevant tools and technologies in Information Technology.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
