SAP is hiring for the role of IT Technology Services Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Create qualification plans and reports and ensure timely signature
- Review of installation qualification and other GxP-related documents
- Allocate and track open deviations
- Support creation of GxP documents and related tasks during GxP system provisioning
- Create and distribute GxP System Decommissioning documentation
- Conduct Periodic Reviews
- Drive automation in GxP and other areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of GxP and CSV activities, especially in IT
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and Jira
- SAP product experience of 2 years in a GxP QM role or similar function with a focus on processes and IT operations
- Working experience with quality processes and standardization in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, food and drug industry specifics
- Advanced communication and documentation skills
- Creative, reliable and strong focus on quality
- Basic knowledge of ITIL (foundation certification)/ITSM processes
- English fluent
