IT Team Lead - TA Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and mentor a team of IT recruiters from ground zero
• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across all IT roles (Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Evaluate and screen profiles independently with strong technical understanding
• Liaison with business heads and founders to understand hiring needs and strategy
• Build hiring funnels, optimize sourcing strategies, and own closure metrics
• Take complete accountability of team's output, discipline, and performance
• Actively participate in improving hiring tools and processes

• Strong judgment in screening CVs & conducting technical recruitment rounds
• Excellent communication skills and a founder-like mindset

Good to Have:

• Worked in a startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with ATS and automation tools
• Knowledge of behavioral & competency-based interviews
