IT Systems Administrator Job in Pune at CrowdStrike

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage inbound support requests and facilitate resolution
• Maintain operational knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux OS
• Manage CrowdStrike endpoints via SCCM, Jamf, and AirWatch
• Streamline, optimize, and simplify employee application experiences
• Configure new-hire systems and perform IT on-boarding
• Provide hands-on and eyes-on assistance in the server/networking room
• Collaborate with IT Service Desk Team members and other teams
• Implement, improve, and document IT policies, procedures, and processes
• Maintain inventory and assist with asset procurement, delivery, and shipping
• Provide A/V equipment support in office conference rooms
• Assist employees in the office as necessary
• Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Effective communication, patience, tenacity, and follow-through
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong task and time management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of OS concepts and Active Directory
• Understanding of security best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
