Locus is hiring for the role of IT System Adminstrator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Knowledge of troubleshooting on Windows and Mac operating systems
- Basic knowledge of computer/laptop hardware and components
- IT Asset inventory knowledge and coordinating with vendors for warranty replacements, material inward/outwards of IT materials
- Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
- Experience using admin consoles for directories (G Suite, Okta, etc)
- Basic Knowledge on remote device management Jamf , Intune or Any MDM tools
- Troubleshoot basic network issues
- Understand basic security best practices
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- General mac and windows maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors
- Asset management
Requirements:
- Familiarity in Mac administration is a MUST
- Experience in using an MDM tool like Jamf,Intune ,etc
- Experience with Networks, Firewalls
- Experience with SSO solutions like Okta, Onelogin etc
