• Follow-ups & Customer Satisfaction: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain call logs, client data, and service requests.

Developer Responsibilities:

• Technical Collaboration: Work with the development team to enhance product features and resolve client-reported bugs.
• Database Management: Handle basic database operations and optimizations.
