Q Degrees is hiring for the role of IT Support Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide technical support to internal team members and clients via phone, email, and in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as necessary
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
• Perform system upgrades and updates as needed
• Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and software
• Document and maintain IT inventory and assets
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
