About this Job
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in configuring Email accounts with IMAP/POP/Exchange in multiple office365 Email clients including android, iOS.( windows, Linux, macOS )
- Basic experience in maintaining IT Assets Inventory, Software application inventory, smart casting.
- Hands-on experience in AWS Services such ec2, cloudwatch, etc.
- Experience in handling ticketing tool such as Jira etc.,
- Basic experience in using Jenkin Jobs configuration.
- Experience in co-ordinating clients, internal team communication over calls/Email/Chat.
- Basic knowledge in Software/Hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting on various operating systems in laptops/Desktops
