Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide level 1 technical support for PC hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and OS-related problems.
- Provide information on IT processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs
- Adhere to service level agreements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
