Coinbase is hiring for the role of IT Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- You will provide Tier 1 level support to all staff working within the Hyderabad office, as well as support to Tier 2/Tier 3 with in-office troubleshooting of associated infrastructure issues. If time permits you will then look to pick up additional tickets from the Tier 1 Jira Queue to work through as standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support role or similar
- Technical support expertise on OSX, iOS, Chrome OS, and Android operating systems, Windows / AWS Workspaces administration.
- Agent-level knowledge of Jira Service Desk, or similar ticketing system.
- Mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong administration experience with Google for Business, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, and Slack.
- Demonstrable troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Able to move and set up hardware and peripherals around the office.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience managing service vendors.
