IT Support Analyst Job in Bangalore at Riverbed Technology

Riverbed Technology is hiring for the role of IT Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Help with installing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS computers, software, and associated peripherals, including Audio Visual equipment.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS computers, as well as iOS mobile devices in a networked environmen
• Install and configure and troubleshoot software
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio visual equipment, printers, other peripherals etc.
• Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
• Maintain excellent communication with end users, and with other members of the IT Support department
• Work with IT Suppliers as required.

Requirements:

• Positive and friendly attitude, polite, problem-solver by nature, and highly conscientious
• Experience with using/configuring laptops, ideally both Windows PCs and Macs
• Bonus to have some knowledge of Computer networking and related network services (i.e. DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
