IT Support Internship in Hyderabad at Avontix

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
• Set up and configure new IT equipment and software applications.
• Document all technical procedures and user guides for reference purposes.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on basic IT functions and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
