Mott Macdonald is hiring for the role of IT Specialist - Asset Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create contracts in the ITSM toolset with accuracy and update them periodically
• Add license entitlements in the ITAM tool and maintain historical records
• Support the software renewal process
• May be assigned to contract management, license entitlement capturing asset billing, or any new tasks
• Should create and maintain clear documentation of the assigned work
• Ensure work assignments are being completed on schedule
• Highlight any deviations in contracts, and license entitlements to IT Asset managers in a timely manner
• Provide coverage during UK work hours when required

Requirements:

• Experience working in an Information Technology team, of which some should be doing any IT Asset Management, Contract Management, or IT Billing
• Ability to use ITAM tools and do basic reporting
• Ability to understand key ITAM principles
• Basic knowledge of how Asset management works in an organization
