Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide support for IT solutions, cloud services, and enterprise software.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Software Development Assistance: Contribute to the development, testing, and enhancement of software applications.
  • Automation & API Integration: Work on automation tasks, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update technical support tickets, user manuals, and knowledge bases.
  • IT Configuration & Deployment: Assist in configuring and deploying IT solutions for clients.
  • Technology Research: Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or any programming language.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud, APIs, and troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Good communication skills to assist clients and document solutions.
