• Lead service lifecycle management, overseeing service documentation, cost, and quality of service delivered.
• Drive the introduction and deployment of new services or changes in existing ones, ensuring seamless transition into operations.
• Handle the budgeting and operations costs of the services, effectively overseeing the service's financial aspects.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the services delivered, ensuring they align with internal and external agreements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, coordinating service deliveries effectively.
• Review and manage the performance of the suppliers, ensuring optimal service quality and delivery.
• Knowledge of privilege access and SOX reporting.
