Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation and conversion.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning and messaging.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B SAAS sales, preferably in project management or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
