About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels including online platforms, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and potential leads. .
  • Articulate the value proposition of our IT products and services to clients.
  • Lead negotiations, addressing client concerns, objections, and pricing discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and delivery, meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT sector. Leverage this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and offerings.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a sales team, ensuring individual and collective success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Should be able to understand clients requirements, and provide estimates
  • Sound knowledge of technologies like PHP, Mean/Mern Stack,Python
