Codevian Technologies is hiring for the role of IT Sales Business Development Executive! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Conduct industry research for sales solutions. 
  • Promote products/services to prospective clients. 
  • Handle Excel sheets, data mining, and daily client follow-ups. 
  • Update key stakeholders in business meetings. 
  • Provide feedback to salespeople. 
  • Review sales contracts for legal and corporate compliance. 
  • Respond to client inquiries about products/services. 
  • Source accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google search, and offline networks of decision-makers in the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the E-commerce, IT product, and IT services sectors. 
  • Maintain the database of the organization’s internal templates. 
  • Prepare for meetings via structured research about target clients. 
  • Understand the IT services ecosystem of the client. 
  • Position Codevian as the best choice for the client. 
  • Generate requirements for IT Services and Staff Augmentation from the client. 
  • Create presentations and proposals based on client requirements. 
  • Coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals. 
  • Negotiate win-win deals. 
  • Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines. 
  • Write professional emails to record all discussions with the client. 
  • Serve as the interface between the client and the operations team from contract initiation to completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of sales growth. 
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field. 
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques. 
  • Exceptional project management skills. 
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential. 
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams. 
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Any Graduation (preferred for CS) (preferred MBA)
