WPP is hiring for the role of IT Risk & Compliance Reporting Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into impactful reporting solutions using advanced reporting tools.
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of live reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into compliance metrics and key performance indicators.
• Support data analysis activities to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in compliance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and follow reporting standards and guidelines.
• support in the development and implementation of automated workflows and processes to streamline reporting activities and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting capabilities within the compliance automation team.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring widespread adoption and utilization across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting capabilities into compliance automation initiatives, enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Contribute to the documentation of reporting solutions, including user guides, training materials, and best practices documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in reporting technologies and compliance principles.

Requirements:

• Familiarity (1-3 years’ experience) with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in these tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights and recommendations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reporting solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and expectations
• Ability to work single-handedly and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Basic understanding of compliance principles, regulations, and best practices, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data to support reporting activities
