Skill required:

* Sourcing Candidates

* Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source candidates.

* Qualifying and Pre-Screening Candidates

* Uses advanced communication probing techniques to elicit information

* Follows through on all issues to a close

* Identifies and anticipates candidate's needs

* Summarizes the candidate's strengths, weaknesses and needs

* Delivers rejection to a candidate in an honest, sensitive and professional manner

* Managing the Candidate & documentation work.

* Provides appropriate support & advice to candidate & is professional throughout the offer process.

* Manages candidate through the entire life cycle

* Collaborates with hiring manager/lead to create and deliver a comprehensive, compelling and balanced offer.

* Builds solid and long-term candidate relationships.

* Delivers highly persuasive communications with high potential candidates using all effective mediums.

* Collaborates across the HR value chain to maximize candidate satisfaction (e.g., relocation, immigration, compensation, etc.).

* Strong experience in building partnerships with internal customers/HR/Shared Services to deliver successful staffing strategies and recruits to the business
