Infoseum is hiring for the role of IT Recruiter and Marketer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Heavy Recruiting / Bench sales & Marketing, using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.
- Screen resumes for positions and maintaining resume database
- Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Account Managers
- Negotiating rates with prospective vendors
- Coordinating interviews and presenting offers
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience recruiting or Marketing Candidates (Fresher's can apply)
- Must have excellent command on English Language. (Written and Verbal)
- Aggressive and a go-getter approach.
- Good to Have : IT background / Education
- Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM) Five Day working.
