Responsibilities:

• Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing
• Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network, and advertisement
• Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skillsets
• Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
• Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview
• Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail
• Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management, and analytical skills
