IT Recruiter Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for IT positions and develop job descriptions. 
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. 
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit. 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and provide timely feedback. 
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding. 
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices. 
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. 
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and its job opportunities. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies. 
• Excellent sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. 
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software. 
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. 
• Experience with recruitment in specialized IT fields such as cybersecurity, data science, or software development. 
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT recruitment.
