Avant-Garde Technologies is hiring for the role of IT Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Perform various coordinating tasks, such as schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Prepare technical proposals based on client's requirements.
• Conduct project technical analysis and submit reports in PPT.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the IT Software Industry.
