Heartfulness Institute is seeking an IT Procurement Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize IT costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the organization.
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract award, including vendor selection, price negotiations, and contract administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and industry partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT procurement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
• Contribute to the overall success of the IT department by ensuring that all procurement activities are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of IT procurement principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
