Philips is hiring for the role of IT Platform Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
• Managing and optimizing the Azure environment to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee Azure Databricks clusters, workspaces, notebooks, and Unity catalog and collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to support data processing, analysis, and machine learning workloads.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of data pipelines in Azure Data Factory, ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and orchestration for business processes.
• Provide leadership in Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI services, overseeing model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Led the configuration and management of version control repositories and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the successful deployment of applications and services.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards within the Azure environment.
• Oversee Azure resource and service performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize configurations for cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Possess knowledge of front end reporting tools like Qlik and PowerBI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable
• Extensive experience in an Azure Administrator role, with a strong background in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AI and ML services, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven leadership skills and experience in leading technical teams
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and orchestration tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
• A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on Azure platform advancements and emerging technologies
